The A to Z of Facing Interviews

In today’s live session on The A to Z of Facing Interviews, Professor Rajesh Bojan delivered a complete insight on how candidates need to prepare themselves for an interview. He elaborated on the importance of developing one’s personality step-by-step. According to him, preparation is not always about the content, it is also about how one is able to showcase his professionalism in terms of dressing, speaking and behaving during the whole process.

Following that he gave a brief overview on the important of having a eye-catching resume. He stated that resume needs to be appealing to the eyes and as informative and up-to-date as possible. The content of the resume should always align to the relevant position the candidate is applying for. He stressed on the idea that it is completely inappropriate to use a common template when applying for varied roles.

Answers to the most common interview questions were discussed elaborately taking into different situations and contexts. The participants were able to clarify their doubts and receive beneficial tips as well.

The best part of today’s session was we were able to interact with the resource person directly. It was more of a discussion. The way we were able to get through the nerve of real-life expectations and challenges was impressive.
